Shipping and Returns
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags and hygiene stickers must remain attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene reasons, returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Approved returns will receive a store credit or exchange.
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a suitable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We currently ship within Australia.
